Alan has been a practicing solicitor since 1976. He has worked both in Australia and overseas and he has extensive experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, acting for both international and local businesses.

Alan has been admitted to practice in Australia, England, Wales and Hong Kong and, prior to joining O’Neill Partners, Alan worked with a number of top tier law firms.

Alan has particular experience in insolvency litigation, acting for directors in litigation, property litigation, product liability and consumer claims. Alan has also conducted numerous commercial disputes involving telecommunications, insurance, intellectual property, taxation and debt recovery, as well as giving day-to-day corporate advice.

Alan conducts litigation matters for clients in all jurisdictions and has, either as an advocate or as instructing solicitor, been involved in many leading law cases.
